Your shot history, with what's still in your system
Most trackers stop at 'you took 0.5 mg on Tuesday.' ShotLock's Journal shows how much of each dose is still active — modeled from your actual injection times — so you can see how past shots stack and fade.
Remaining medication on every card
Each shot in your history gets a progress bar and mg estimate for what's still active from that dose. Newer shots show more; older ones fade as the half-life curve runs down — exactly what you'd expect from overlapping weekly injections.
Full history, always at hand
Scroll every logged shot — dose, injection site, date and time, edit and delete controls. Tap any entry for the full detail view. Your Journal builds itself every time you log.
Same model as your Today curve
The per-shot remaining amounts use the same published pharmacokinetic parameters as the estimated medication level on your Today screen — every parameter cited in the in-app Research Library.
Perguntas frequentes
Is the remaining mg on each shot a lab measurement?
No — it's a model-based estimate using published absorption and half-life parameters applied to your logged injection time. Useful for understanding how doses overlap, not for dosing decisions.
Why does an old shot still show a little medication left?
GLP-1 medications have multi-day half-lives. A dose from two or three weeks ago can still contribute a small modeled amount — the bar reflects that honestly rather than snapping to zero.
Can I edit or delete shots from the Journal?
Yes — tap the edit or delete icons on any card, or open the shot for full details. Changes update your estimated levels and supply inventory automatically.
